| Do I need to purchase tickets to attend the festival? [top] No, by way of our sponsors and the help from our community churches, they have made it possible to keep the festival free to the public. Please let the sponsors know how thankful you are of their contributions. |
| Where is the festival going to be held? [top] The festival will be held at Camp Tipton in Maryville, Tennessee. Please see the Directions page for a more detailed answer. |

Should I bring a chair for myself? [top] Yes, please bring a lawn chair or something similar in order to sit in. Please be considerate to others by limiting oversized chairs and chairs that may take up a lot of room (chairs with footrests). |
Am I allowed to use a blanket to sit on? [top] Yes, by all means. Just remember to take the blanket with you once you leave. We are not responsible for lost or left behind items. |

time? [top] Yes you may. Be very careful of pedestrians and small children. |

other recording devices allowed at the festival?
[top] Yes. Although each artist has their own policies. The staff cannot guarantee an artist’s willingness to be recorded. |

What is not allowed on the festival grounds? [top] There are several items not allowed into the festival for the safety and enjoyment of those attending. The festival staff reserves the right to alter or change this policy at any time. Any guests violating any policies of the Six Mile Music Festival may, and can be, removed from the festival area. Currently the items NOT allowed into the festival include, but are not limited to:
Only working/assistant dogs are allowed onto festival grounds. Please for the safety of your pet and our guests no animals/pets are allowed in any area of the festival. Guests with pets will be asked to leave the festival. |
| Can I smoke at the
festival? [top] Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas only. Smoking by minors is strictly prohibited. We ask that all guests smoke in these designated areas only. |
| My business would like to advertise. Are we allowed to pass out flyers? [top] If you are a sponsoring business you will be able to pass out a limited amount of flyers. Please use the contact form to request information on becoming a sponsor. You will not be allowed to pass our literature if you are not a sponsoring business. |
| Is the festival grounds safe for my children? [top] Yes. Please keep in mind that you should always make sure your children follow the event rules and stay within sight of the grounds. The surrounding woods and fields are off limits due to it being off the festival property. Security will also be on hand throughout the day so please do not hesitate to ask for assistance. |
